Getting to the heart of a client’s needs is essential for a successful project. Remember the power of the Ws:

  • Who: Who is the target audience? Who are the key decision-makers?
  • What: What specific problem does the project solve? What is the desired outcome?
  • Why: Why is this project important to the client? Why now?
  • When: What’s the timeline? Are there important milestones to note?
  • How: How will we measure success? How does the client envision the collaboration process?

Asking insightful questions is way more than information gathering. It shows you’re invested in understanding their vision, leading to a way stronger partnership!
